How long will it take for my lights to arrive? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to ensure your home glows as soon as possible:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need that instant room makeover.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your Stellar Stem package is on its way.

Is the shipping secure for fragile items? Absolutely. We know lighting fixtures are delicate. Every order is packed with multi-layer protective foam and shipped in double-walled boxes to ensure your light arrives in perfect condition.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new light. If it’s not the perfect fit for your space, we accept returns of unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if my lamp arrives damaged? While we take extreme care in packaging, accidents happen. If your light arrives with any damage, please email us at info@stellarstem.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement part or a new unit immediately at no cost to you.

Are your lights compatible with US outlets? Yes! All our products are designed specifically for the US market, featuring standard US plugs and UL-compliant electrical components for your safety.

Do you include bulbs? To ensure your light reaches you safely, bulbs are typically sold separately unless stated otherwise on the product page. Most of our fixtures are compatible with standard LED, CFL, or incandescent bulbs.
